Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy When you book with Anchored Charters, your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you and your group. Once confirmed, that time is removed from availability and cannot be offered to another guest. Payment & Confirmation Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is not confirmed or held until payment has been received in full. All bookings are final and non-refundable, except when Anchored Charters cancels due to qualifying severe weather. Guest cancellations, no-shows, reductions in group size, or choosing to end a charter early do not qualify for full or partial refunds. Severe Weather Refunds are only provided when Anchored Charters determines that the charter cannot safely operate because of severe weather or extreme sea conditions. This may include tropical storms, hurricanes, official severe marine weather warnings, or seas considered unsafe by the captain. The captain and Anchored Charters have final authority in determining whether conditions are safe for operation. If Anchored Charters cancels your charter for qualifying severe weather, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of the charter amount paid. Rain, cloudy skies, passing showers, wind, or less-than-perfect weather do not qualify for a refund if the charter can still operate safely. Routes & Itinerary Changes: Routes, stops and destinations are subject to weather, sea conditions, mooring availability, restaurant availability, travel time and the captain’s discretion. Stops may be reordered, substituted or removed for safety or operational reasons. These changes do not qualify for a refund if the charter can still operate safely. Late Arrivals: Guests should arrive on time and ready to board. Late arrivals may result in a shorter charter because the original scheduled end time may still apply. Additional time is not guaranteed and may incur an added charge if available. Rescheduling: Guest-requested rescheduling may be considered based on availability and advance notice but is not guaranteed. Approved rescheduled bookings remain non-refundable. Travel Documents: For BVI/USVI travel, guests are responsible for valid passports, visas and required travel documents. Missing, expired or invalid documentation does not qualify for a refund. By completing your booking and submitting full payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Anchored in Paradise.
